Call Center Coordinator
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree (any major) from any reputable university
- Minimum 2 years working experience as Call Center Coordinator preferably in Banking/Insurance industry
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
- Demonstrates ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible of constructing soft skill and hard skill competency module to prepare for training and counselling sessions for our existing Surveyor and Garda Siaga team.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Studies
- 2 years of experience in Survey and Claim Settlement in Insurance Industry is required
- Proven leadership skills and able to lead a team to reinforce policy and change
