Call Center Coordinator
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree (any major) from any reputable university
  • Minimum 2 years working experience as Call Center Coordinator preferably in Banking/Insurance industry
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and in a team
Account Executive Officer (Bandung)
Responsibilities:
  • Our dynamic Marketing Team in Commercial Insurance Business is currently seeking for driven individuals who can answer to the challenge of finding new promising individual accounts and ensure the rapid growth of our business.
Requirements:
  • Candidate holds at least a Diploma Degree of any major from a reputable university
  • Excellent marketing and negotiation skills
  • Proven exceptional communication skills, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Dynamic, adaptable, self-motivated and pleasant personality
  • Result driven - strives to make a difference; enjoys a challenge to achieve the objectives

Trainer & Technical Advisor
Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible of constructing soft skill and hard skill competency module to prepare for training and counselling sessions for our existing Surveyor and Garda Siaga team.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Studies
  • 2 years of experience in Survey and Claim Settlement in Insurance Industry is required
  • Proven leadership skills and able to lead a team to reinforce policy and change
  • Exceptional communication skills, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Passionate, dynamic, adaptable, self-motivated and pleasant personality
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and in a team
